Class Two. Pickling. Join us for a hands on class making both raw (most dill recipes) and cooked (sweets and bread and butter) recipes from preparing the produce, brining, cooking to canning the finished product.

Class Three. Fermentation, Freezing and Drying. Join us for a hands on class making sauerkraut and crock style pickles. We’ll also cover blanching and freezing fresh produce and drying herbs.

These classes are held from June through September. (As you need fresh produce to make pickles…etc.)
